Our highly successful company has been working for over 10 years with a range of institutions in the education sector. We have extensive experience in providing practical solutions, interventions and support to improve learning outcomes and to reduce incidents of persistent disruptive behaviour.
All of our staff at Behaviour Solutions have extensive experience in the education sector. Our team of trainers each have over 30 years teaching experience and have worked at leadership level and in advisory posts with Local Authorities. We are all highly experienced in the area of staff development and training, providing quality interventions which work.
One of the unique services of Behaviour Solutions is that we offer in-class coaching with individual staff to identify and develop their skills in managing persistent disruptive behaviour and creating positive learning outcomes.
