Based on the training that Dave provides in schools and colleges throughout the UK it provides the following:
- A specific programme tailor made to your institution’s needs and includes resource materials and activities to use, with tips from Dave on how best to deliver the day based on his extensive experience of training
- Resource materials including activities to use with your staff
- Practical strategies that staff can use to effectively manage:
- low order behaviours
- conflict and confrontational behaviour

- Opportunities for staff teams to work together to develop a consistent approach to managing behaviour
